MMVOTE (vue3 + Laravel 11)

If the admin want to add question details on each question, they can add many question details. [ one to many ]

Just create database table because this table will use from voter side.

• election_voter_id (BIGINT UNSIGNED) -- Foreign key referencing election_voters.id
• questionnaire_id (BIGINT UNSIGNED) -- Foreign key referencing election_questionnaires_tbl.id
• response (TEXT) -- yes or no / multiple_choice
• created_at (TIMESTAMP)
• updated_at (TIMESTAMP)
